FunFest conference session will teach you how to tackle vlogging

Next month’s FunFest Blogger Summit will give bloggers the opportunity to learn how to approach vlogging, thanks to a conference session being held by Alexandra Hodgson.

Vlogging is one of the fastest growing trends online, but can seem daunting to those yet to tackle this particular medium. Alexandra has made the leap herself very recently, placing her in an ideal situation to talk about how to approach vlogging.

Alexandra is the author of dontcallmestepmummy.com and transitioning to imeverymum.com, a blog devoted to celebrating motherhood.

She discovered vlogging after finding a one-off experiment to be preferable to her blogging.  Her YouTube channel is up and coming, with a variety of videos ranging from chatting about a baby who is being investigated for failure to thrive, to videos of first steps, beauty reviews, cooking and lots of crazy challenges.

Alexandra and her family all get involved in their YouTube channel 'I'm Every Mum' and they will be weekly vlogging their family lives in the near future.

Mum of four (two biological and two step-children) Alexandra says their busy blended family antics are dynamic and entertaining.

Alexandra joins a line-up of speakers including Radio 2’s Janey Lee Grace, Honest Mum Vicki Psarias, The Fairy Blogmother Alice Elliiott, ManVsPink Simon Ragoonanan and blogger and author Natalie Trice.

The FunFest Blogger Summit is a one-day event for parenting and lifestyle bloggers. It takes place on Saturday, September 12th at Whittlebury Hall, Northampton and will boast conference sessions and the opportunity for bloggers to discuss brand ambassador opportunities with a number of exhibiting companies. Children’s entertainment will also be provided.

Tickets cost just £39.99 and bloggers can bring their children along free of charge.
